That's quite a centre threequarter lineup the roosters are assembling. As in three-quarters of them have wound up in the shit.

Can someone explain what he's actually done wrong here??

In NZ an AVO can be issued without any evidence of physical violence. It can be issued on the basis that one party feels unsafe.

Is it the same in Australia??

Pretty sure it's the same over here.

Not sure how it works, but if you're trying to sort out the financial side of things in a break up, and it goes to court, if the other person has an AVO out on you it aint going to look good, and therefore they are likely to side with the person who filed the AVO in the first place.

Call me a cynic, but we've all seen this kind of thing before with Greg's missus trying to self harm before he stood in.

pretty sure it's the same, and considering it's come during a breakup sometimes these things can be vindictive, not saying it is here, but people shouldn't automatically assume hes guilty of any act against her

Yes.

You would think there has to be more substance than what is within that story.

And at least some evidence of something greater than a financial transaction pending.

But without much more information its all speculation.

Yeah its the same pretty much, not sure about that second bold sentence but a girl can get one without too much difficulty.

Edit: I guess a guy could too if they needed it.

If SKD had done anything violent or the police felt the chick was in danger they can issue an AVO that is effective immediately rather than going through the application process(as this AVO seems to be) so take from that what you will.

My main concern is what is that shagger doing with a girl? Must be hard to get ya hands on a nice sheep in bondi

He will be playing at St George this time next month...

They should just enter into a formal arrangement with the Roosters to swap over their reprobates...
