Do I need evidence?Really?
Where's your evidence?
Pascoe is the head. Sheens is under him.
If this isn’t the case then what the f**k has the board done?

The Board appointed Tim, a newly created position and that's who he will be answerable to.Do I need evidence?

Sorry TSP, but dreaming doesn't make it so.The Board appointed Tim, a newly created position and that's who he will be answerable to.
I wouldn't be too worried about the non-linear corporate hierarchy. That's old school management thinking.
The reality is that Madge is going to be right about some things and Tim in others. There will be victories and losses by both sides in the battle of ideas between them. If the victor procures a bad result, the loser of the initial contest will win, depending on context.
But I think its a lot fairer on Madge that the mental load is shared and he can bounce stuff off Tim. Tim will ask him stuff too. Its too big an assumption to think its a duel.
Madge has some weight with key players, although the "Clubman Brooks" scandal probably cost him some support. Didn't resonate that well with most of us filth that's for sure.
Despite your misgivings, I thought Doogie was far and away our best player.
My evidence is the Tigers Media when Tim was appointed. The Board created a new role specifically for him.Sorry TSP, but dreaming doesn't make it so.
Do you have evidence that he club has adopted this management structure? It wouldn't make sense.
True, but my concern is, if he has a leash? My evidence is the Tigers Media when Tim was appointed. The Board created a new role specifically for him.
You can search for it, its out there.
As discussed, I don't think it is as problematic as it seems.
We need the correct decisions, where they come from, is not as important.
Lol, no idea.True, but my concern is, if he has a leash?
What you are suggesting will result in continuous soap operas.Lol, no idea.
Lee perhaps.
I don’t care if they all hate and despise each other. I just want some positive outcomes from any tumultuous soap opera.
Its the latest reincarnation.

The CEO will be Sheens boss.
If not, this whole f**ken club will fall into a big stinking pile of shit. If the board have created a position only answerable to them, it is beyond irresponsible.
As he said, Lee refused to give the chain of command and called it “details”What you are suggesting will result in continuous soap operas.

But any organisation needs a reporting structure, the ultimate head of that structure is the CEO?As he said, Lee refused to give the chain of command and called it “details”
Tim will work with Pascoe and Madge but I don’t think he’s being paid $4k a week (after tax) and dragged half way around the world to give Pascoe fashion advice.
I see your point, but we might want to also consider that Madge was the subject of the review. The board are under siege. Lee said after the review that the results weren’t good enough. I think Tim will have a major hand in things. But any organisation needs a reporting structure, the ultimate head of that structure is the CEO?
BTW, I think Sheens is on small change compared to Madge, so he best let Madge do, what he has to, I think they are mates, so I don’t see any conflict.
If we are talking money, I’ll be almost 100% sure that Madge and Pascoe are on salaries dwarfing Tim’s.As he said, Lee refused to give the chain of command and called it “details”

That would be a colossal stuff up.Makes sense that Sheens would report to the CEO but knowing this mob, it wouldn't surprise me if they decided to appoint Tim to the board as an independent director to provide specialist advice to the board about football and coaching. It also wouldn't surprise me if they took the UK model and made Tim an executive director, but restricted his activities to the football side of things employee-wise.
That would be a colossal stuff up.
Agreed. It would be absolute madness. Not only would completely fly in the face of contemporary corporate governance theory, it would set up an unworkable adversarial model between Sheens and Pascoe for no good reason which would lead to continuous drama as you pointed out. I don't reckon they will do anything like I said though. In reality, it will be exactly what you described: Pascoe answers to the board as CEO, with Sheens and everybody else on the Tigers payroll working under the CEO.That would be a colossal stuff up.
I’m not a doctor, but you need to lower your dosageThe dark lord returneth.
Let us offer the human sacrifice of Brooksy to the knights for overs.
A Lord of The Rings Tribute to Tim.
Three signings for the side under Campbelltown skies,
Seven train and trials for the pre season
Two poms for the halves and backline
Two new Assistants ready to coach
In the land of Concord where the shadows lie
One man to rule them all, one man to find us
One man to lead and call
And in the darkness bind us
In the land of Leichhardt where the footy has died.
Welcome home Tim Sheens, our dark and evil overlord, from your servant The Silverdale Phantom.
I hear and I obey.
