Yeah hopefully Khawaja can continue on and make his first, first class century.

Good work from Kawaja to hold it together during that mini collapse until Moises hung around. Hopefully he gets Smith and Lambert hanging around and we can build a good total on a big hundred.

It's a bit weird that Jaques and Hughes aren't converting their 50's though - most unlike both of them. Jaques has 247 @ 41.17 so far this season, and Hughes 256 @ 42.67. Both have 3 50's so far (out of 6 innings), but no tons. It's solid but for these two run machines to have not gone on with even one of 6 50's between them is strange. Just one of these starts converted would have their season averages up around the 50 mark and you'd say they were in good form. Can't be far away for either surely.

Learn to spell it as you are going to be typing his name a lot!
Congrats Khawaja, great to see him converting his 50s into 100s again.

Smith's 50. 90 run partnership so far at 4.4 rpo. Two very bright talents here. Go you good Blue things!

Smith brings up a run a ball ton! Well done. 5 declared for 451 with an unbeaten 160 run partnership between Khawaja and Smith. Usman also brought up his 1000 FC runs in the knock and both players lifted their batting averages over 47 with these innings.

Very sporting declaration from Henriques. Looks like he wants a couple of overs at the openers before lunch, but I hope with a weakened attack and two batsmen with the bowling at their mercy we don't come to regret it. Still fortune favours the brave, so come on the Blues bowlers and lets set it up for an outright win!
