You can't really afford to have superstars in all of positions 1,6,7 and 9. I'd be interested to see how Cronk plays at a club other than the Storm. Cameron Smith makes him look a lot better than he actually is.

That's what half these nitwits don't understand.

The Storm have Smith and Slater who are worth top dollar, and Cronk who is soon going to be on top dollar.

But not at the Storm.

They'll replace him. You need a good spine, with a couple of stars but you're wasting money having four blokes on a combined $2 million fighting over the decision-making.

Even some of your spine players have to just play a role - look at Cam Smith in the Queensland Origin team. He plays a very different (limited) role to when he's playing for Melbourne, where he runs the show.
