Ha ha. DOCS case workers spend 75% of their time on junket conferences. 5% of their time doing their job, and 20 percent on some kind of leave. That's the sad reality.
I had to all but wait for kids to die while I hung on the line to DOCS at 2 or 3 in the morning after their drug f907960'ed parents did nothing and DOCS would make a decision to take the kids away from them before they stepped on a rusty needle, ans when we finally got those poor young kids away from that horror.........the Court would give them back to those wonderful single mums with 6 kids and raking in 800 a week plus the drug money etc etc etc. I could go on........
