So going by your theory... the entire team is shit?
Most have played the last few years also.
Vaughan was in reserves last year.
McInnes was down the ladder at souths.
So the entire team is shit?
Good god you have no idea about league.
Stating that despite what Widdop has done this year he is shit because our % are poor with him playing, considering the entire teams performances over the last few years show you have no idea.
Seeing how he has performed this year isnt guesing champ...
The one game he didnt play so far this year we lost, the game he got injured in we were winning up untill he got injured.
Thats facts, not guessing... go educate yourself on league basics then come back and talk on here.
Yes...the team has been shit for 3 yrs. Have you been under a rock? Amazing how you personally attack people.
F... wit!

Could be a tight game against the Sharks. Goals may be very important.

Read this Mary. Choose Herbert or Nona or maybe we can count the goals missed.

Yep, I certainly do pick fights with bullies who make personal attacks on people who state an opinion. Fight bullies with fire has always worked for me. There are no bullies in my life. Never will be. And not about to tolerate it here either.

The question is whether Mary will bite the bullit and give Herbert a run on the wing to solve the kicking issue.
If he put Nona on we would that weaken the team in the halves, or will he just leave things as they are and just pick someone to kick goals
The devil we do and the devil we don't
If Mary wants the job next year the next few weeks is make or break time for him

The St George Illawarra Dragons can confirm that Josh Dugan will undergo minor surgery this week as a result of a cheekbone fracture suffered while playing for Australia at GIO Stadium, Canberra on Friday night.

Dugan met with the specialist on Sunday morning where it was determined that he'll miss the next three weeks of football.

With a bye scheduled for Round 12, it's anticipated at this stage that Dugan will miss the Dragons' next two games against the Sharks and Warriors.

Surely Lafai would have been doing a lot of goal kicking practice. If he has cone well and re-kindled his goal kicking skills, maybe it is a backline line up with Herbert and Field selected. It depends on the fitness of Macdonald.
Field
Knightingale
Milne/Aitken
Lafai
Herbert/Macdonald
Mann
McCrone

Correct me if im wrong didnt they say that before the roosters game they had a gial kicking practice and Lafai outdid Dugan?
Im sure your correct there that Lafai can kick, not 100% but pretty certain i read or heard that he can.
You mentioned Nene, whats the go there? Is he not 100%?
I heard Aitkens isnt 100% either....
Oir backline stocks are thinning by the week buy the looks of things.

I would bring field into the fullback position & have milne on the bench. Or drop flo back to fullback & put field or milne on the wing

Lafai is ahead of Dugan in the pekking order when it comes to goal kicking. Lafai was supposed to take the kick against the Roosters but couldnt because he copped a cork in the game.

Maybe he was still suffering from that injury in the Storm game, im not too sure. One thing i know for sure is after dugans first 2 misses if Lafai was fit enough to take the shots at goal he definately would of.

With or without Dugan while Widdop is out i think you find Lafai will be taking the shots at goal.

It would be an opportune time for Field dragon64. Time will tell if Mary goes the safe option as per your second sentence.

I would love to see how the young fellows go.

We need speed and x factor. We have always needed speed and x factor. Field has speed and x factor and it's time to give him the chance to show us he is ready.

Ill tell you what... even though im sure Mary will go with the safe option (Nighty FB and Milne on wing), if mary did give Field a run id love to see Luc given a run too...
As you said, Field has speed AND X factor... imagine him sniffing around Big Luc?
I know our forwards can offload... but Luc has that offload that a small man running through will be straight through a gap.
And no one better then a flying Field, no one will catch him.
Im just worried about Fields defence... i dont think its anywhere near ready for first grade FB.
I may be wrong, we wont know for sure till he gets a run i spose.
