I have wondered for a long time why they never made a movie out the show. I just hope it is good, not a let down.

Yeah, unless they make an extra special effort to write a half-decent script this has the potential to be the worst tv to movie adaptation ever. And I've seen the Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.

I reckon a Futurama movie would be way better. There's a much larger scope, and the science fiction stuff is more suited to the cinema.

I don't like the sounds of this. Sounds like a desperate ploy imho. The show is selling what remains of its dignity to stay alive a few more seasons. This is hot on the heels of the news that Bill Murray is the voice of Garfield :roll: ...

Conan O'Brien would have to return if this movie were to be a success. The movie should just be a cartoon not one of those crossovers.
