Sin Bins

On friday night at the Panthers Vs Eels Trial match, in the Toyota Cup, there were 3 instances of 10min Sin Bins.
Now usually the teams would be a man down per sin bin, but on friday night, although after 2 fights and 3 Sin Bins, there were still 13 players on the field for both teams.
Whats doing with this?? New Rule or something that just happens in trials?

I think it must just be in trials, they probably let them replace the player rather than being a man down

Yeah, you've always been able to replace sin binned players in trials.
