Sea Eagles vs Sharks - Team Line-up
Manly Sea Eagles

Tuesday, August 25, 2009
Brett Stewart is Back.
Manly Sea Eagles fullback Brett Stewart will return for the Sea Eagles this week after missing much of the season with a knee injury. Stewart will slot straight back into his fullback position with outstanding new recruit Ben Farrar moving to the centres in place of the injured Jamie Lyon.
Stewart is on the cusp of racking up another amazing record. He currently sits on 97 tries and is likely to become the quickest player to have scored up 100 tries.
Shane Rodney will also miss this weekends match with a broken hand. Coming into the starting line-up is Chris Bailey with Tony Williams added to the 5 man bench.

So whats happens when Lyon returns, Wolfman is playing ok now, Farrar has been solid, and that tackle on the weekend showed how important he is, soooooo who makes way for Lyon???

Not looking forward to when Lyon returns, merely because of the selection headache.

Farrar has been one of our best, Wolfman is Wolfman.

Matai however hasn't done much this year, apart from clutching his neck. However he does have Finals, GF and International experience.

What, your not happy with Bani???

He's short, slow, is a liability in defence and couldn't find his way to the tryline with a GPS, map and compass.

Plus, we already have a winger like that in Ty Williams. Why would we want ANOTHER passenger?

Some of the other Cows fans don't mind him, but he's a shade of what Farrar is, or could be.

Give him back I tell's ya. Hopefully his mother gets better and he gets sick of playing park footy next year - Cowboys would take him back with open arms.

Good return by Snake after so many weeks out, those two try saving tackles were awesome, very happy to get out of that with two points…

Thinking when Lyon returns, Matai might be not be safe, this weekend wont come quick enough I am soooo over all the Manly bashing over the pathetic refs

I dunno, i counted three from where i was... :D

I enjoy the Manly hate - it shows us we must be doing something right. Plus every time we win something, it makes it all the more sweet knowing how many people are hurting bad...
