The Waratahs have only beaten the Reds once in the history of the Super 12...I don't see that changing in the Super 14!

Given that the Brumbies have won 51 of their 62 home matches, I'd say Canberra would be a pretty hard place to get a win also. :)

I think The Tahs have broken their hoodoo over the Reds and will kick the Reds butt.

Blues v Hurricanes - Hurricanes, good loose forward trio, great outside backs, where they may fall down is right up front against Tony Woodcock and Keven Mealamu but I think the Canes will be the surprise packet of the Super 14 2006.
Western Force v Brumbies - Brumbies, Force will struggle to win 2-3 games IMO
Cheetahs v Bulls - Bulls, don't know much yet about the Cheetahs
Crusaders v Highlanders - Crusaders, although the Highlanders are a chance, Canterbury usually start slowly
Reds v Waratahs - Waratahs
Cats v Stormers - Cats
Sharks v Chiefs - The Mooloo Men, Chiefs, look a good outfit for me as long as they don't get smashed up front

Blues v Hurricanes - Too good for the Hurricanes
Western Force v Brumbies - Brumbies with all their Wallabies should be far too good for the force.
Cheetahs v Bulls - Hard one but Bulls are the top of the SA teams.
Crusaders v Highlanders - Crusaders you know why!
Reds v Waratahs - Broke the hoodoo, and look the goods this year
Cats v Stormers - Cats usually suck.
Sharks v Chiefs - Sharks at home

Also hardest place to get a win is in Christchurch. Brumbies have lost 2 finals to the Crusaders at home. Reds suck at home unless playing the Tahs who they beat anywhere.

Is anyone taking the Canes??

They have more than a fair side IMO.

I am. I don't rate Auckland's side very much and the Hurricanes have firepower all over the park. That is enough for me to say a Wellington Hurricanes victory.
