Go play for Souths. Get off the friggin high horse, and do something constructive for RL. Going to the Bunnies would be the most honourable, respected decision the game has ever seen.

It would send the media into a frenzy, and for once this season RL would be in the headlines for good reason.

He wants a challenge that isn't impossible. He won't be able to bring Souths a premiership in the next two years. Put yourself in his position and would you go to Souths? No, because he doesn't want to finish his magnificent career at a team struggling to win games. and rightfully so.

he wants a challenge? Play for the same NRL clubs as his brother did and see if he can get the job done.

Im pretty resigned to the fact he is gone, after tonights appearance on the footy Show. Poor old Chief looked like he was gonna cry.

Look, the bloke loves the spotlight theres no doubt. So what better way to be in the spotlight than to go to South Sydney. A great club. No one could ever question his motives/loyalty again.

Challenge my ass. He wants to dominate a sub-standard but inexplicably prestigious Super 12 competition. Such is his talent, he can achieve that with the absolute minimum effort, rarely will he be required to make a tackle, or extend himself physically. All while mixing with it up with the chardonnay set.
In league he faces the toughest, most physically demanding competition in world sport, 30 weeks of intense competition, playing for a Kennedy-less and (perhaps) Tahu-less Newcastle Knights team.
The fact that he is still mulling over such a seemingly simple decision is a huge compliment to rugby league.

If he wants a bloody Challenge, lets see him come to Cronulla and win us the comp.

Ur all f**ken idiots.. He has fulfilled plenty of challenges in rugby league.. But i guess winning 2 competitions being the biggest outsiders in rugby league history on both occasion isnt really a challenge? Playing in one of them with a punctured lung isnt really a challenge either  Hes played club, state and international football, he has won in all 3 and captained in all 3.. The only thing he would want to do in league is win another comp with the knights...

Idiots.

LOL!!!

Sorry I put this up in honour of Matthew Burke-A Waratah legend who plays his last game tomorrow night.

Poor timing, I know.

At least his own brother will support him either way. Thats true loyalty. Of course he hopes he stays with league, but i'll bet he's not one of these people waiting outside to key his monaro if he chooses an option he wants (and not others)

I'd rate the Stanley Cup playoffs as harder. A game every 2 nights, etc.

But I digress...
