Very very sad footage...

Puts some things in life in perspective though. It's just too short to mess around... :(

nothing gorey or anything...appearntly died due to "natural causes"

not that i can think of

i dont know why its happening to soccer players, but most of them have been midfielders, who do alot of running

if thats true they should drop the game to 35-40 mins a game or play the game in quarters or something.. (about mid fielders dieing)

its not worth death (soccer)

theres about 0 chance of changing the length of soccer games- it would cause world wide pandamonium, you could change the substitute rule though and that could make things better

Money will dictate very little if this continues to happen.

The season should be made shorter. Top flight teams can play up to 70+ games per season and even still, for most of those players there is no offseason.

The rules will not change, it wouldn't make sense for them to do so. But the season is definately too long, and the majority of coaches have said this for years.

My dad was telling me at his school rugby game (1000 years ago :p ) a guy died right in the middle of the field. He played for Trinity.

Hey cokes
Do they keep the same team for most of the 70+ games? Just wondering as Major League Baseball has 160ish games per season, but they have huge rosters to pick from, so aint as bad.
