- SmackDown! workers have stated that Christian is very aware that the proverbial rug has been pulled from under him by WWE.

- Christian was said to be very happy a few months back when it seemed WWE would be pushing him as a main-eventer, however his feelings have now changed and while he isn't being a bad employee over it, he is said to be upset at how things have turned out.

- Christian was of course cleanly pinned in his first match on SmackDown! and lost to Booker T at the Great American Bash this past Sunday when the 5-time WCW champion had no momentum going into the match.

- On SmackDown! worker stated that Christian is just "one of them now" after realizing his push is going nowhere.

WHY WHY WHY! OMG Chritian has potential to main event. Hey he is much better than JBL main eventing ALL THE TIME!

Who cares, OMG I liked JBL's title reign too but the time has come to push Christian who has been getting a great reaction lately! I can't think of a worse main event than having Batista (who is horrible in ring) vs JBL who unfortuately is not like HHH who can carry someone through a main event. I like Batista's character but he dead set is horrible in ring. It has been exposed quite clearly. he only matches Batista is remotely OK at is stipulation matches, so unless you are going to do this, then why not hand the title over to Christian!

two yrs? try almost 5. He is as washed and as BORING as they come.

Taker, Batista etc all getting pushed will the hardest working, most talent bloke, Christian is getting the shaft... not fair prickly pair :x

Just shows that a big body will get you further in wrestling than the actual ability to wrestle... Christian would be Main Event or even champ in TNA...

Vince McMahon loves the larger bodies and thus they will be champ most of the time.
There have been exceptions in HBK and Angle...but they are a complete package. Benoit was champ for a while (as much as i like him i was shocked to see him pushed soooooo hard) and then was buried. Jericho was champ, but he can talk on the mic...but since his title rein in 2002 he has been buried. Eddie Guerro was champ too...but he CAN wrestle and has crowd heat/appeal.

Generally if you are not 6'3 plus and 260 pounds plus then you wont be heavy weight champ...not under Vinnie Mac's regime.

Just by curiosity when did Batista have a good match! I am struggling to come up with even one! Guys you have to remeber that the Undertaker has been wretling for 20 years and at the end of the day he has been in some of the more insane matches imaginable. Batista on the other hand is DEAD SET BORING!

Just by curiosity when did Batista have a good match! I am struggling to come up with even one! Guys you have to remeber that the Undertaker has been wretling for 20 years and at the end of the day he has been in some of the more insane matches imaginable. Batista on the other hand is DEAD SET BORING!

The only good Batista match is the Hell in a Cell match he has last month. Thats the only one I can think off.

Batista has had more then one bad match, he has had several. The WWE is trying to make him out like the new Goldberg, except Goldberg was probably more physical in the ring. Taker has been bad in the ring for a while now, and its a damn shame to see a guy like Christian who has so much potential being wasted. It looks as if he will be in the U.S title hunt for a bit, which may be good for him so i could build up a main event push.

Lets hope he gets what he deserves.

At least with the smaller guys like Angle/Benoit/Jericho/Guerrero they had some bulk about them. Christain is too lean (ectomorph)

Yes and no. Hell in a Cell isn't the kind of match where you can be 'carried' beyond your opponent selling well.

I am sorry but I did not find his HIAC very entertaining. It was clear that HHH was the one that was carrying Batista. If Kevin Nash can look OK in a HIAC then anyone can!

That's the point I was making. Triple H doesn't need to carry someone in HIAC, because it's virtually impossible not to look good in a straight up brawl. Take Cena vs. JBL's 'I Quit' match and you get the same principal. Too less quality workers can produce a solid match because it's essentially brawling and a few spots.
