After 23 rounds guess which team is ranked first in post contact metres, second in all run metres, 2nd in possession, first in offloads and 2nd in all receipts. That’s right. It’s the Parramatta Eels. I find it incredible that we can be so dominant in all these areas and still be limping into the finals like this. What does that say about the team? It seems to imply that while the team is good at winning the yardage battle they don’t do enough to take advantage of it.
Interestingly we are also 3rd in errors made.

Those stats further prove how shithouse our attack really is, most yardage, most contact metres and most ball should lead to plenty of points. But not with Bea and Murph ball, I remember I was critical that out attack was overly reliant on tries off kicks and the resident experts told me they are worth the same why should we be worried blah blah blah!!! If we can’t score points against a pathetic Cows team the whole coaching staff need to be fired from a cannon into the sun.

Off loads are useless if the bloke getting the ball is in a useless position and gets cleaned up. Which is what we have been dishing up a lot

That Manly game at Bankwest (and a ton of other games) we have a ton of ball in the first 15-20min down their end and get read like an easy book. Manly dip their toe down our end and they score ! but we have most metres . how lovely

I had a left ear ache for days, courtesy of my Manly mate giving it to me that day. Thank you covid lockdown as he was so looking forward to me being his guest at Lottoland last week

Because when you play the top sides they defend them so much better, but I suppose when all you have is 5 hit ups and a kick there is nothing wrong with them I suppose.

well the top sides defend everything better ..... thats why souths and manly don't put 50 on them

Because they are generally a lottery. Fine if they are an option but not so great if they are the only option. Then theres the inevitable 7 tackle set which we cant defend. Absolute momentum killer when the result dosent go your way.

Haha yeah, they defend them heaps better. Must be why we beat Melbourne with two tries from kicks and also matched Penrith's two tries with our own two from kicks. I'm sure some of the five we scored against the Roosters were from kicks as well.

We really havent had much of a problem getting into position Poo.
Have you checked out this Kristian Woolfe guy? His side scores plenty of points and looks like they are the defensive leaders as well. Also an Aussie and has had NRL exposure. Please list your negatives.
Regardless Id be surprised if Carr dosent get the gig.

We really havent had much of a problem getting into position Poo.

Which is why we've scored so many tries off kicks. It's not a negative.
