Lauit'ti was not one of the best 2nd rowers in the NRL when he left!

He was in danger of qitting the game when the offers fron SL came in.
Sorry I was thinking Ali left in 2003 after the 2002 award winning season. Forgot he actually left last year. He did have offers coming in from other NRL clubs too, wasn't there a frenzy for his signature at the time?

I'm pretty sure he said something like "Good on Brian McLennan for picking Hape in the centres, he was in great form this year", which is a very fair comment. Hape had a great year in SL and Whatuira has been pretty disappointing this tournament.

Unless he said that after fulltime (which I HIGHLY doubt, after the game Hape just played) then you've got your facts wrong again, as usual.

Another emotional one.

Loser.

Millward said Hape was a far better choice out wide then Whatuira. I dont care what way you want to look at it....thats an ignorant statement. Whatuira is one of the best centers in the world.

Lauitiiti hasn't been in good form for Leeds late in the season either. He was outshone at ESL club level imo most of this season, and he hasn't stepped up for NZ in these games. Solomona has definitely stepped up his intensity from ESL season, so why hasn't Ali?

I don't think Ali merits a spot in the team for the final, if NZ makes it. And he only has himself (not ESL) to blame.
