I keep hearing Lonely Boy by The Black Keys on the radio at work. I have avoided the last 2 albums even though I ADORE their first 3 but I honestly don't get why its such a big song. It is far from their best work to be honest. I wonder how the bandwagoners would feel about the stuff off Big Come Up or thickfreakness.

Hate High Rotation on radio stations. That's why I stopped listening to NX-FM (Newcastle's Today FM Network affiliate) If I want repetition I'll go back to my mp3 Player. It's at least repetition I have control over.

songs and/or albums that i seem to always come back to - some pretty shameful:

Coldplay - Fix You
Nightwish - Nemo
Slipknot - entire first album (first album with Corey)
Smashing Pumpkins - Disarm
Dream Theater - Strange Deja Vu (or most of Metropolis pt. 2 - Scenes From a Memory)
Symphony X - Paradise Lost
The Beatles - Let It Be
Sigur Ros - Glosoli
Shadow Gallery - Comfort Me (most of Tyranny and Room V albums, really)
Children of Bodom - Needled 24/7
Fear Factory - Resurrection
Fear Factory - Replica
Opeth - Bleak
Opeth - Deliverence
Static X - Push It
David Bowie - Heroes
Linkin Park - Papercut
In Flames - Trigger
In Flames - Cloud Connected
Sonata Arctica - The End of This Chapter
Sonata Arctica - White Pearl, Black Oceans
Strapping Young Lad - Detox
Strapping Young Lad - All Hail The New Flesh

i can thrash any song on this list endlessly for a week and still be as enthusiastic about it at the end as i was at the start.

Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower
Civil Wars - Barton Hollow

The one I heard over and over when it came out was Eminem - Lose Yourself. You couldn't go an hour in New Zealand without hearing it. It was annoying though.
