Not too worried about the result. Robbo is now 2-5 in round 1 and 1-6 in the first game of the season against souffs. He has a track record of priming the team for end of season and we have to believe that will be the case this year.

I thought we defended well against overwhelming possession count (our own fault of course) and it took 2 lucky tried for souffs to win. Attack was nowhere due to errors not allowing any rhythm.

On to next week.

That was a very predictable result and first round performance.

The error count was enormous and Souffs probably won't score another try off the post all year; let alone two in one game.

So I'm not particularly fussed. I feel like we'll be the GS Warriors this year. We just gotta scrape into the top 4 and then the real fun begins.
