At this stage England or India look most likely, all others are smokeys

Don’t underestimate South Africa, the batting may have depleted but their pace attack is lethal. The fact that there’s not many stars may work in their favour, when’s the last WC they flew under the radar?

Still a pity to lose ABD, disappointed he chose to cash up.

I didn't see the game, so I can't say either way.

Simply pointing out that there are likely other factors beyond the internet-wide cries of "Amla is selfish".
