I always loved the games and thought they'd make an interesting movie. Not sure about Tom Hardy as Sam Fisher though

Even before I opened this thread I thought of tom hardy for the role.

Since DKR and warrior he'll ne first on everyone's list for action flicks for at least another 3-5 year's after he's done with SC....

Hardy isn't old enough IMO, Sam is meant to be an ageing veteran.

Yet in the latest game he is going to be much younger, hence no michael ironside doing the voice acting.

Hardy probably has the look, grit and acting ability to pull it off, he's one of the more suitable actors out there. I just hope they don't butcher it, there are many awesome directions they could take with it.
