He shouldn't get anymore than Gallen or Merrin. Precedent has been set by their rulings. Matter of fact it was identical to Gallen. He punched a defenceless player who was facing him and saw it coming while Merrin punched a bloke who wasn't looking. One got 1 week, the other 2. All his lawyer has to do is show tapes of both accounts and yeah 1-2 weeks. Otherwise the NRL judiciary will look like inconsistent dunces.
