No aussie punters in the SB. Now those studio clowns One HD had last year have no reason to talk AFL stuff at all.:D:D:D:D

That is an excellent point, that sh*t me to tears last year. After every punt Graham did, it was a cut to the studio to talk for a couple of minutes about how good it was. Thank christ I had ESPN, so I could watch the game their without all the dribble from guys that had no idea.

Love SB day.

I love listening to the wankers who don't like (AKA have no understanding) gridiron, sitting there & bagging it the whole game.

Yet they are watching.

I'm just stoked we wont have punting clips shown on Sports Tonight instead of the actual plays that matter. I laughed so hard when I watched it during the divisionals and they showed a very brief clip of a TD pass followed by two clips of punts (shown in full). I remember thinking that if anyone from America saw that they'd be in disbelief.

Love SB day.

I love listening to the wankers who don't like (AKA have no understanding) gridiron, sitting there & bagging it the whole game.

Yet they are watching.

I was talking to a mate about this the other night whilst we were watching the Jets on Monday night.

Why is it that people that obviously have absolutely no idea about the game feel the need to bag it to high heaven?

Most of them, when you ask them if they understand the game say "no, never watched it and don't want to either"...... For f**ks sake, if you dont know anything about anything, best policy is to shut the f**k up.

So they wear pads and the game takes a long time to play. So f**king what? I usually ask them if they understand cricket. Another highly tactical game, where pads are employed and the game takes a long time to play. Gridiron to me is very similar in many respects.

That usually answers most of their "criticisms".

most australians dont get into it because they think there is to many stoppages, hell i know afl guys that reckon 'rugby' is slow.
