I don't think a punishment such as 2 years would be unfitting.

That was straight out, absolutely disgraceful. I have never witnessed such a cowardly act bar Johan Le Roux biting the ear of Sean Fitzpatrick about 10 years ago.

I would be surprised if Melbourne don't take some serious internal disciplinary measures on Danny themselves.
