Spurs fans: As vocal and mad as Saints fans?

I desperately need to know as I have visited some othe sites and the spurs fans are very vocal in their support of their club and also like to talk about the most trivial matters just like Saints fans. I am very worried about this and if it proves to be correct, I will have to take a long, hard look at myself.

Legend, if you could listen to one of the national football phone in shows on the radio you would soon come to the conclusion that Spurs like a good whinge. The most passionate football fans in England would be those of Man City, Sunderland and Newcastle. Sunderland has a population of about 250,000 plus a large section of County Durham, they always sell out their 48,000 seater stadium, that's fanatical! Burnley has a population of 80,000, plus about another 60,000 inadjoining towns and villages, and they averaged almost 17,000 in division one last season.

I would say that Saints fans are more like a mixture of Spurs and Man United.

Parra are the L666s of the NRL!

Saints are more Aston Villa at the moment then anyone else. Stuck at the middle of the table while losingthe odd Cup Final. The fans drop off when they are down but the comitment to mediocracy does itfor me.

Leeds finished off the gunners this morning with 9 men! Come on people, come to your senses, get behind Mr Viduka and Mr Kewell and put your $50 on them winning the premier league this year.
Trust me, man united will flop this year. I damn near guarantee it.....

Are you serious MFC? I would like to see Kewell and Viduka successful, but certainly not David O'Leary. He is the most anti-Aussie SOB and for that reason, I hope Leeds fail this season. I hate Irish Dave with a passion. If there is no drama involving those two when Australia plays France and then the 5th place South American, I will change my stance. But anything less than both Viduka and Kewell playing against France and staying on until the qualifier will be an act of treason and I hope Dave gets run over by a truck!

Getting back to the original posting, I have to agree with GavBT in saying Saints fans are very much a mixture of Man United and Spurs fans. However, I am not sure about that Parramatta comment. We all know who will win it this year. GO PARRA and GO IPSWICH (and teams containing Australians).

The Parra - L666s comparison is probably unfair on the Eels. Afterall, they've acheived more than the scum in white. But they are both Johnny come lately clubs, and according to some, Eels supporters are what you Aussies call feral. Although I can't see them being as unpleasant as those who follow L666s.

Because he would not be able to talk and communicate with his players if he was English.
