I'm sure every club could list a bunch of academy players to bump the numbers of local boys in the squad up.

Looking at that,Saints will rely heavily on the youngsters in 2007.

Keep an eye out for Dave, he is only 18 but is being tipped for SL next year in the front row which is amazing because he came out here 2 years ago as a five-eighth.

He's obviously got heaps bigger and he's a tough bugger.

It is,but then again it's not wise to rush youngsters in,which is what Saints could be forced to do if there are a few injuries.

Yeah. But I'd rather they try that than bring across another Vinnie Anderson or someone to sit out on the wings and wait for an opportunity. They've got enough younger guys they can rotate the exposure if need be, give them each a taste without rushing them to perform at that standard?
