Yeah I question whether the recent delays can be pinned on the construction companies and what if any we will be covered for.

The thing is we don't owe any money on the Leagues club because we own it. So the punishment is lost revenue which f**king sucks but at least we don't have an overhead on top of that is how it got explained to me. I am spewing there is another years wait selfishly but another year at hairymans it is.

On compensation - who knows how the roof issues effect things?

Kareela is killing it and the new space opens up soon in Cronulla so money is coming in. But yeah I have NFI on how we budgeted an extra 2 years of no revenue from there?!

Assuming kareelea has some pokies from the leagues club on loan so their figures maybe inflated and the leagues club loss covered by that to an extent.

They are keeping the store online and using the Cronulla st property to rent out and get funds from it that way, at this point in time I may add.
