Stalled and stagnant Sydney clubs

Wont work because you can hardly play 2 or 3 games a weekend at these modern venues before they start getting chopped up and needed to be returfed
The Broncos, Reds and Roar shared Lang Park for years and didn't have a problem. Around March we would have all three of them playing.

As long as scheduling is done right so it doesnt have back to back to back games then the pitches are fine, especially with the hybrid grass and drainage these days.

SFS could easily support two or three NRL clubs. The only other tenants would be Sydney FC and Waratahs. I'd imagine Sydney FC might look at taking games elsewhere if attendances continue to suck.

But you are talking about Easts, Souths, Dragons, Cronulla, Manly, Waratahs and Sydney FC all playing with NRL games being double headers with NRLW all at the SFS

Then you have Parra, Wests-Tigers, Dogs and Wanderers at WSS

There is a physical limit on this modern venues

Today everytime it rains games are cancelled

Realistically Manly and Cronulla are never moving there. Dragons should only be 3 or 4 games a year then the other 4 can be main tenants. Sure its a lot of usage but pitch technology is ever evolving. Given where the union fans live and their dive bombing attendances Waratahs could move to the redeveloped Brookvale.

I'd have tigers and dogs at a new stadium in Liverpool with Macarthur FC

Don't the nine AwFuL clubs from Melbourne play out of Docklands and MCG?

Hawthorne, Essendon, St Kilda, Melbourne, North Melbourne, Carlton, Collingwood, Western Bulldogs and Richmond.

Both grounds hold up quite well.

Vicky Kicky is a different sport to League, Union and soccer, you're not getting drivin into the ground in ALF, less rucking, less kicking into the ground, yes theyll kick the ball, fumble, all that, but its not so ground heavy
