barring injuries or suspensions (keep em down Mozz) I reckon that will be pretty close to the mark. The last bench spot could be either of the two Melon mentioned or Dorn or someone who has some outstanding trials.

As long as Wing is in at hooker, I don't think we'll see a back on the bench (aside from "Mr Utility" Flannery.

THe side picks itself at the moment save for the #17.

Simon, Heggarty is injured and isn't predicted to return until April.

MuffDadday, I think that Diamond will play from the bench and certainly adds alot of depth.

Honestly, what an impressive team, and we still have guys floating about, who are capable of playing first grade.

Shillington and Rose....look out for those 2 young props also. Dont laught to loudly at Crouch. It seems every "dud" Easts buy gets turned into a handy player. The Superior coaching and training at Easts shows up a lot of "dud" clubs these players came from.

Jase Cayless....bench player at Eels. Premier, WCC winner, Starting Prop and NZ International with Easts.
Chad Robinson....Reserve Grader at Eels. Premier, WCC winner, regular 1st Grader at Easts.
Ned Catic.....Reserve Grader at Penrith. Grand Finalist, WCC Winner and regular 1st Grader at Easts.
Stuart Webb....Reserve Grader at Wests. WCC Winner, and frequent Bench 1st Grader at Easts.

There's a champ in everyone, yove just gotta know how to drag it out of them. Easts know.

Is Phillips definately playing for you guys again? I wasn't sure if it was just a rumour.

I will keep an eye out for this Shillington

Hegarty will be in for Byrne when he is fit. Besides that for once I think I agree with Melon. Maybe Wing to halfback and Crocker to hooker would be another option. The best thing about your side is Flannery, he is such a versatile player that he would have to be the number 1 bench player in the league based on the amount of positions he can play. Morley is a huge key for you guys, when he gets that go forward, there probably isn't a player in the league to compete with his metres gained.

have you heard of producing your own juniors

Oh Gawd! Here we go again. Before throwing them stones, you'd better make sure all that glass is covered.
Just taking my unknowledgable arse quickly through your own player profiles I quickly browsed through the 31 players listed. Of these, the following do not appear to have been "produced" through your own juniors.
This list may not be complete as I think I may have been a little generous, not knowing exactly what are considered Parra Juniors. Maybe someone who knows what they're talking about can correct me / add to this list.

Luke Burt
Aaron Cannings
Adam Dykes
Ashley Graham
Nathan Hindmarsh
Lee Hopkins
Mal Kafusi
Jamie Lyon
Wade McKinnon
John Morris
Chris Muckert
Shane Muspratt
Jeremiah Pai
Corey Pearson
Matthew Petersen
Ronald Prince
Chris Thorman
David Vaealiki
Daniel Wagon
Dean Widders
Michael Witt

Don't let comments like these ruin your day M0j0. This has been covered to death last year.

It would be good to see how many First Graders the club has produced over the last 5 years though. I think that in itself speaks volumes of the development program they have in place.

i think going back to the 2002 successful halves combo is the way to go. we can still have wingy getting into dummy half for those explosive darts out of dummy half.
