Craig Bellamy and the Storm are masters at introducing new negative tactics , different wrestling techniques etc. They will do ANYTHING to win. Guess what I would like the NRL introduce a rule where ANY new negative tactics introduced by ANY team are punished with a reduction in that clubs NEXT years salary cap. This would make the Storm think twice before introducing new negative tactics.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reduction in the salary cap would start at say $50k and DOUBLE for each subsequent breach . The reduction would be in place for 5 years unless there is a subsequent breach. This may seem draconion but what other way is there to deal with the issue. The NRL hieracy need to get some balls and tackle the issue head on!!!
