Stradbroke field and barrier draw
The barrier draw has been done for the $1 million G1 AAMI Stradbroke Handicap over 1400m on Saturday at Eagle Farm.
A full field of 20 will take their place but the Doomben 10000 winner Undue missed a run after being balloted out along with Cool Front from the John O’Shea stable.
Impaler who finished second in the Doomben 10000 also failed to make the top 20 and is the first emergency.

I'm going to stick with me filly despite the gate. If they go hard enough in front she'll be rattling home with 48.5kg.

I like Red Oog as long as there is no rain.

All I want is some speed in the race. My filly will go to the rear, use nothing early and be pulling out for a run down the straight. If the speed was on, she'll be rattling down the middle.

Actually would have be nicer if Loanhead got up in the Derby. I won some on the filly today but also had her in a fixed double with Loanhead for a return of $1,260. It was a good run in 3rd place.

Also back La Montagna into Nova Star ($600) and Art Success ($500) on Monday.
