The F7s management 'heirarchy' is as follows.
Pistol - ref boss
Assigns referees, and assists with clarifications on rulings.
antonius - rules boss
(from end of 2009 onwards - formerly skinner and AliN)
Keeps the players reminded of the code of conduct.
Ref boss and rules boss work together.
Players are supposed to go through their captains when clarification is required. There's a good reason for this.
