He is rated as the best British forward in the domestic game, and forms part of the fearsome Bradford pack along with Peacock, Anderson and Joe Vagana. He has always been one who could give it out, but couldn't take the big hits. You'd often see him stand up after being tackled and start crying about the tackle. I suppose he was targeted for high shots by a few though, and he has had a couple of almighty battles with McDermott who was on the bench for GB.

He is a top player already but is still very young for a prop forward at that level. I think he's only about 23, although I wait to be corrected.

Fairleigh Good!, you seem to know alot about the brtish game and team. Just wondering why Jamie Peackock wasn't selected. Injury, form or something else?

Jamie Peacock played the majority of the game. He did alright too, made a decent break down the right from about the GB 20 and was as aggressive as ever in defence.

You a bit bleary eyed watching it so early in the morning?

 I think you're right on the bleary eyed thing  . I missed the first 10 or so minutes of the game and didn't see the teams announced.I thought Morley was playing in the 2nd row but when they said he got sent off I was like who's that in number 11. Have to pay more attention next time :D

Top player Fieldon. I've been saying for a while I believe he is the best player in the UK.

Fielden seems to have been around for a long time, but he really established himself as a major international player against the Kiwis last year, when I thought he was our man of the series. At 24, the best should be yet to come.

I think Fielden's contract expires in 2006 and he has told of his desire to play in the NRL...
