Sully at Hooker?

I say give him a chance. When he is on he takes the pressure off Noddy and if he has improved like it looks he has give him 9. His off contract this year too might aswell test him out.

Sullivan definitely should be given a start at hooker. He played really well there last week and really lifted our attack when he came on the field.

I wouldnt mind seeing him start at hooker, but kinda like the idea of using him as an impact player when the opposition forwards are tiring.

He could become our own Craig Wing! ;-)

Let's not get carried away. He will never be as good as Craig Wing. He could play in the same mould though, so it's not ridiculous. He seemed to spark a little bit of enthusiasm into the side last week but it only lasted 10 minutes. He needs to do it for 40+.

Hell yes. Sullivan deserves a starting spot, though the idea of Bosnich doing the tackline fo the first 10 is a good idea, then letting Sully do the rest.

Sully is way better than Gib/Bos, but his better off coming on after 20mins

Sully must start at #9 next week. Even from the hill at the Showground (which is in a different postcode from the field) you could see the difference he made when he came on. His dummy half runs were from the top drawer.

I agree with your assessment jimbo but part of the effectiveness I reckon is the fact that he doesnt start the game

I think Bosnich played pretty good last night. He was strong in defence and his attack was half decent. Once Sully comes on, that's when we seem to lift that little bit more. Keep him as an impact player I say. If it aint broke, don't fix it.

Im definitely for bringing him in on after 20 minutes but I dont think bosnich has enough passing skills (alot of his passes made the forwards catch behind them) and speed off the mark, I think gibson would be the choice for starting hooker.
