Thinking about going to the Brisbane one just to check it out.

I was at a sportsbar here in Perth at the same time as the after party for Supanova Perth earlier in the year and some of those nerd girls in costume are hot.

Having said that I didn't boher with the actual convention. It's been something I've contemplated going to but have never pulled my finger out to attend.

at an extra cost - it's a f**king rort

had a friend go down to melbourne to comic-con a few years back, she bought tickets before flying down but was refused entry because too many tickets were sold and they had to stop admitting people because of fire safety laws or some other bullshit

no refund or anything, amateurs
