Neil Brew gets ahead of Shayne Austin the draft hmmm....

And McIntyre doesn't go to the Canes, but instead goes to Highlanders where they already have Evans as a 10....

neil brew (cough another taranaki boy cough) is based in otago so he probably wouldn't have came in the draft. but austin the last two seasons has been in the top four try scorers for the year and that is from a team that hasn't been in the playoffs (i think he was second equal behind anesi this season - that was with a knee injury after the naki vs auckland game) and some of those tries was spectacular.

cameron mccintyre went to otago in exchange for sam harding. sneaky cantabs knew they couldn't keep all of them so they went and got some one as good.
