What a waste concerning Kevin Naqaima. It brings me to question whether Darius Boyd brings that much more to the team's attack than young Kevin would. And I guarantee you we could have signed up Kevin for a fraction of the cost Darius would command. Imagine where Darius's money could have gone. Another top line prop. A strike backrower. Perhaps even an experienced halfback. As much as I love Tyrone's style, he's still got a long way to go in terms of consistency (but he's got plenty of time on his hands to prove the naysayers wrong).

In fact if you asked me in 2011 what one of our key positions of strength in the squad were, I would gladly say fullback. Kurt Gidley never let us down and injected himself into the attack when he saw the opportunity. Kurt is plagued by injuries more often than not these days, but what better opportunity would there have been to promote a young Kevin Naqaima in his place if Darius Boyd wasn't standing in the way.
