I adore my iPhone 3G S 32Gb. For a few reasons:

* It is FAST

* Plenty of storage for all my music and videos (VERY handy if you get stuck waiting at the RTA or on a train or something)

* Intuitive e-mail

* Really good in-built audio and video displays for a standard phone

* The App Store


Best money I ever spent on a phone IMO.

iPhone's are great and I may well go back to one someday. That said, all the things you've listed above are the same on any Android phone, HTC Desire, Samsung Galaxy etc etc etc.
