Suspect 2010 another frustrating year

Hope I'm wrong but 2010 looks good for the same old frustrations.

Yesterday in Sunday Telegraph they say Humphreys is eager to re-sign Sheens before the proving season is even started. So much for accountability we hopd would be reinstalled into the WT outfit.

Teflon's (and Marshalls) wraps on Lui as the answer to our 1/2 woes seem way short of reality. The team lacks direction. I dont care whether people reckon there is a new style or such crap and specialty halves are no longer relevant but one thing a half always did was direct a team around the park. Where is that???

Positional kicking game has been exposed as no better.

Goal kicking - Marshall is not the answer.

Forwards- still seem to lack 'oompf'

I dont care what anyone says, Gallant at 1 and Moltzen at 7 worked and would have only got better.... But that wasnt good enuf for super coach and now we will root around for half a year trying new options and losing games for no reason except 1 mans out of control ego.

Wait until the great man has the surety of another 400 large a year for 3 yrs all tucked up. He'll be even more stubborn and egotistical

Mullanety got a late run at number one in the fg side lastnight, obviously sheens see's a back up option to Lui at 7 , is Mullaney 1 and Tim 7....

Lui was odinary, set up 1 try and got one repeat set.......tahts it...but in fairness the forwards were shyte......give him another go against the sharks then if he still struggles bring in mullaney

1. Lui isn't ready yet. Needs more time/confidence. Sheens is a farkwit
2. Moltz at 1.... his f*kn link up plays" with the wingers from kick returns are giving me the sheets. He doensn't run the ball back at speed. He doesn't want to be there. Sheets is are farkwit.
3. It was supposed to be a trial and the coach didn't try anything. Bringing in Mullaney with 1 minute to go ??? f**k me !!!!!!

Mr Stephen Humphries...you want me to become a member ?? Stop dishing up sheet like what I saw yesterday. Get rid of Sheens and his philosophies and I will become a member. There is talent in this squad.....it's just a matter of chosing them. Only one man can stuff our season up...just like the last 4 years.

Do you know what Group 1 horses do in trials ???
Answer: They go half to 3/4 pace at best.

Do you know what the Wests Tigers do in trials ???
Answer: They apply themselves 50%-75% at best.

I`m getting sick of saying it, but DON`T WORRY about the trials !!!

We're not talking about the score. Or the effort. We're talking about certain player's ability as footballers. They were sh*t last year. And they have proven themselves to be sh*t again. They make the same errors as we have always noticed and which have always cost us games. The fact of the matter is that the roosters - the bottom club with a brand new coach had forwards going forward. Halves setting up trys. Fullback scoring and attacking well. And a good lot of defence. We had none of these things after how many years?

I understand where you`re coming from, but the way I look at it, we had some players that wre sh*t in `2004, they were still with us and were still sh*t players in `2005. We played sh*thouse in the trials in `2005 and we still won the comp.

We played rubbish for a very good part of 2005. After the Broncos game I gave up on the season. We hit form and rode it - just like the Eels last year. We played some very good football, mostly on passion and rules suiting us for a very short period in RL history. These things happening again are possible - but incredibly unlikely.

We also had a very good half back and fullback and try scoring wingers - something we do not have under Sheens' current plans.

The Key in 2005 was we had a commanding halfback at the peak of his powers.

Its pretty depression watching Marshall and Farah playing off the cuff half the time, almost cutting out the current halfback trying to desperately to spark us. Prince barked orders at those 2.

We have a talented, yet disorganised team. Our forwards have always been average but not totally useless. This year we look better up front but without a true general like a Prince, Kimmorley or Cronk and we will still look all over the place at times.

Except we carry our trial form in a good 40% of games during the season ... intensity ain't like a tap vicious

So we had this wunderkid John Kahu (Arrive Alive Player of the Year) all signed up and everything and yet he's turning out for the Broncos ... how does that work exactly ???
