Tackling ratings - dummies, sidesteps

Do the tackle ratings that each player has include the ability to not be fooled by dummies and sidesteps (and also fends, i guess)?

If not, they should be, because part of the skill of good tackling is to be able to read and not be put off by dummies etc.

Maybe even a new attribute can be created for this if it is not already (or going to be added to) the tackling attribute?
