Taking a short clip out of a video clip?

I have a video clip on Google of a cricket match and I want to take a short bit out of it (Just 1 ball), so I dont have to watch the whole thing. Anyone know how to do this?

i guess some video editing program...go to download.com and write video editing in the search bar.

download the clip off google video
then edit the ball you want out of the file with 'tmpgenc'
