Does anybody know what happened to this bloke? did he get injured or is he playing NSW cup. He might be another dud buy.

Not even up to state cup standard in the games I caught.
Way overweight, slow and unfit and lost in the forwards.
Hardly a dud buy when he was only being paid state cup match payments.

He has chosen to retire from my information.

Would have needed more knee surgery at this seasons end so it just isn't worth it

yeah he was just not good enough at all, had packed on too much weight, lost too much speed so the only option left for him was the forwards, where he had absolutely no idea what he was doing.

There seems to be a trend developed this year where we have recruited some players that have unfortunately reached there used by date before playing for the tigers.

We've sure taken a punt on a couple of duds. Still, you have to wonder how much value we've gotten out of them on the training pitch, in terms of helping some of our younger blokes along...

Temper that with the fact that we got Lote and Liam and I'd say we've done quite well.

If you are going to punt on anyone I think Cayless and Tupou are worth a punt. I know he's apparently been ordinary for years, but Cayless was a great player. Tupou could have come off too. I dont mind taking a few risks in recruiting. They got some good ones this year - Moors, Daniella, Brown all good. Ellis and Tuqiri - great.
