This all but confirms my long belief of an agenda.
Deadset if that tackle warrants 5 weeks than Sika Manu shouldnt play in the NRL for 2 years.

System obviously needs a big overhaul. Some insane decisions recently, not just this one.

I'm no bunnies fan, but no way in hell did that tackle deserve 5 weeks.

In Uates tackle the guy landed on his neck. In DT's tackle the guy landed on his back. Worst case scenario for DT should have been a lvl 1 grading.

I don't understand how a tackle that wasn't even penalized in a game, can be given a 5 week suspension, that bull shit. !!!!

I wouldn't had a problem had he received 2 weeks. But 5 weeks for that? How could they say that was a grade 2? The inconsistency at the judiciary is terrible.

Awful. Someone on Twitter made the great point, 5 refs missed it, should they all get suspended too?

5 refs, at least 2 of which had a better view than any camera, thought nothing of it. Dave wasn't in the tackle by himself, there was no force in it, no injury, no penalty. And for it to get a grade 2? Completely ridiculous.

There is absolutely no precedence and no consistency in the NRL judiciary.

One of the game refs even stated it wasn't that bad and was accidental... Lucky the judicary know better... f**king joke of a system... Granted I must be based on our legal system, hence a rapist gets two years and a guy who holds up some petrol stations gets five...

Absolute disgrace, should not have been a grade 2. I think the 5 weeks come about because of Taylor's loadings from previous visits.

It comes a bit from that but mainly because it's a grade two and he didn't put in an early guilty plee...

Still a complete joke... They are apparantly now grading them on their "posibility of injury"... How f**king geniused is that... Why not grade it on what it is then add in REDUCTIONS for the fact that no one got hurt...

Should have been rubbed out of the game for life for that tackle, not just 5 weeks, Judiciary needs an overhaul...
