How does one go from playing first grade one week, to the reserves bench of third grade 2 weeks later?

Management seriously believe that Flegg can win the GF. So they are playing every "gun" player who is eligible in that grade. Thats why Ciraldo is down there. Apparently you need to play a certain number of games in flegg to be eligible for the finals and Greenfield, Ciraldo and a few others havent quite played enough, so thats why there in there.
