That's coz there would have been no wind if it was zero that early in the evening. CBR is a lot less pleasant at 2-3 degrees and a brisk southerly, with a touch of sleet in air. Today should be ok as long as the fog clears (it's just cracked 5 degrees)....should be a nice afternoon.
