I think it needs to be someone who is likely going to be at the club long term.

Character would need to come into it too.

Someone who bleeds red and white and potentially a local junior too.

The bar has been set by Jack and these parameters should continue imo.

We don't want it to be a turnstile with possible short term appointments.

I will add I'm grateful he spared a minute of his time after the sharks game for a photo and a chat.
He had just been off crutches for a day. Probably not back until next year.
