I thought Montoya was good yesterday, I went to the game and noticed he did a lot of off the ball work. Very rangey.

RTS was very average on the wing in the first half. Terrible defence and lack of involvement. A good team will exploit his defence big time. Manly are a good team. He did get better in second half, but not sure if that was just souffs were worse.

Credit to Jackson Ford. He had a good game against the Knights and I was basically expecting him to revert to type against Manly. He's bounced back with another good game. If he keeps heading in this direction, I'll happily soften on him.

Not a complete waste. We required RTS's speed on the wing. onenzud assessment of RTS bad defensive reads is acknowledged. I attribute it to Rog simply needing time to readjust to the winger role. Webby positioned RTS there to compensate for our lack of speed out wide without DWZ. While I appreciate Pompey, he isn't the fastest option in our squad; rather, he possesses a larger physique and has Webster's support as a defensive centre. Once DWZ returns, RTS will move back to centre where he can further his development.

Put it down to not playing wing for some time. And on a couple of occasions he was outflanked only because he followed his centre in, as he should. So it'd be worth looking further infield to see where the mismatch occurred.

Regardless though, if he has to play there again, he'll improve. If anyone is going to spend the week picking apart every decision he could've made differently, it'll be him.

Shit thats rough I reckon. Terrible for Ilias obviously, but the footage clearly shows Lussick was genuinely attempting a charge down. I mean I could understand some sort of suspension given the injury, but not 6-8 weeks.
