I like Williams starting at lock with Rudolf at prop with Tolman at bench. Having Woods and Tolman on at the same time is way too risky.

Doesn't matter. Head coach tells assistants how he wants to play then gets them to put his systems in place.

If it wasn't this way wouldn't need head coaches at all.

Agree! He should just totally recruit a whole new squad in his 3/4 of a season fixed tenure.

Has nothing to do with hiring a new squad or sacking this one or recruiting another one.
It has to do with being in charge.
It has to do with bringing a level of professionalism to an elite sporting organisation.
it has to do with preparing full-time athletes to showcase their skills - to their optimum - every match they play.

We are a jumbled mixed up inconsistent underperformed team that display the same mistakes every week.

Your answer to their ineffectiveness to be able to identify and correct weakness in the squad is to buy a new team.
Or you ask what are they expected to do - sack this team.

Hannay and bomber could be in charge of the storm and they'd be struggling to make the 8.
Jerome Hughes would on the wing and brody croft would still be 7.
