it's what hagan wants. in an interview he claimed it leads to higher completion rates and wins. makes me laugh that anytime we've looked good this year we have been throwing the ball around and playing off offloads.It's not the personal but what they are doing. They have the ability but they don't seem to have a decent gameplan or anything in attack. One dimensional is one way to put it but I would go with negative boring footy.
Get the forwards hitting the ball up with support, pass before the line, offload and have dummy runners and angled runners. Against Manly you must look to go wide and stretch them but have options to turn the ball back inside.
