Hey, Forward Pass, supporting Parramatta is just like life itself - Full of ups and downs. I moved to the Parramatta area in early 1970's and began supporting the local team, even when they were then at the bottom of the ladder. However I continued to support them and how sweet it was when we won our first premiership in 1981. I'm now and old fella retired to the Gold Coast and continue to support Parra. Rest assured "Forward Pass" (and others) history will soon repeat itself commencing with a big improvement next year - and then upwards once again!

Seriously I am 45 and have always and will always support Parra. I am lucky enough to have seen the premierships like you so I guess we are in a better position than a lot of other supporters. I could not imagine how hard it is to be a supporter and having never seen a premiership win - like my kids.

The sad thing is that it is almost embarrasing now to tell people you support Parra. I used to be proud to say it. One day I will be again! I just don't know where and how it all went wrong.
