Former Tigers centre Terry Hill has taken on a guest coaching role at the club in recent weeks under head coach Tim Sheens.
Hill, who quit souths and ended his playing career at the start of this year, said the Tigers were amerging as a powerhouse in the NRL.
"They're getting stronger with every game and they're going to be stronger next year and even stronger the year after that," he said.
