chin up eagles fans, today was a great contest and very entertaining if not of the absolutely highest standard. both teams have improved miles since the start of the season, although both still have a long way to go. you've got good reason to be optimistic for the not too distant future - how good's that stewart kid. and sam harris.

ironic that you missed one sideline conversion all day, we only managed to kick one but that's what proved the difference. at the end of the day we just snuck home, you may feel a bit unlucky although i think we just about deserved it.

at least you're back and that's got to be good for football - beating the beagles just never felt as satisfying.
